Yep, I've been thinking about auto-allocation for some time now - there are questions how to make it work well in real time, since every time a new instance got created it would force a re-sort of the whole DSP chain.
Meanwhile there's no reason it couldn't take a message to reset its creation arguments. Highly non-real-time again of course. I'll keep that one in mind next I get to work on clone~. cheers Miller On Sun, Jan 14, 2018 at 01:26:29PM -0200, Alexandre Torres Porres wrote: > what I jope for clone is that I can send it a message with the number of > instances it can create so I can dynamically change the number of clones... > > can't wait for that to happen! > > 2018-01-14 11:48 GMT-02:00 Dan Wilcox <danomat...@gmail.com>: > > > Would it be possible to make [clone] take a create and/or destroy message > > so it's internals could be dynamically created?
