Tested on 12.6.3 (Monterey) / MacBook Pro 2019 (Intel i9):
* GUI is responsive
* Works with JACK
* Input-meter flickering of mic input in testtone.pd makes Pd process
jump to 66% in Activity Monitor.
I have a 0.54 build with Tk 8.6.11 lying around on the same machine and
there the meter flickering only uses ~15% in Activity Monitor.
