Let's keep this on the list since there are many who know more about
this issue that me.
As for this one, it doesn't seem to be a Pd-extended issue if it also
happens with Pd-0.40-2. Sounds like something related to priority.
I don't really use Windows, so I can't think of anything else.

PD to HIGH, and put it into the batch that starts all of my
externals. PD runs normally, loading all libraries as expected,
but the problem persists
I adjusted the windows gui to run for optimized performance as well
is it even remotely possible that it needs to be compiled for this
type of processor?
