I've done things like this in the past - best way to go is to first get the
OSC library for processing (maybe it comes standard now? don't know) and
look at the examples there. They will show you how to encode messages to
send to other apps via OSC.  If you haven't had any experience with
processing or any Java-like language before it could be a bit of a
challenge, but definitely doable.  It's probably going to be more of a
processing issue than Pd, at least that was my experience.  Pd's OSC
implementation is very direct.

At processing.org there's a forum for specific questions on that kind of
thing, you might try searching there too.
