both tgrill's vst~ and plugin~ should work on OSX with trivial modifications. i suggest you just try compiling them, after collecting the requisite SDKs.
I'm sorry, that's not true for vst~. It doesn't currently work for OSX, since the windowing functions haven't been implemented yet.
