well, obviously the way around is disabling mpeg3 support in Gem. if you configure Gem, just add "--disable-mpeg3" et voila... another option is to install the libmpeg3-headers! i think Gem's configure just checks for the existence of the library (/usr/lib/lib...) and assumes that the headers are installed too...which is not a very foolproof thing. if the problem persists, send me the output of configure. fmgasd.r IOhannes _______________________________________________ [email protected] mailing list UNSUBSCRIBE and account-management -> http://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-list
