Yeah... I think that's part of the problem with Pd-extended, that I have been the de facto editor-in-chief. I think it'll work much better as more people get involved. As for choosing standard namespace names, I think that we should follow the lazy consensus rule, with required discussion, i.e., standard lib names should not be automatically accepted unless there is discussion. In order for things to get done, I think we need "project leads", which have similar duties to an editor-in-chief, but I think it should be more like a community organizer who focuses on organizing things like the rules for a given library. A key difference would be that a project lead would not have the complete authority of a editor- in-chief.
