probably pd/doc/3.audio.examples/adsr.pd ?
(i think, this is a bad naming. it's too likely that not this adsr is
meant or that there is a nameclash with another [adsr]. if using
miller's [adsr] in a project, i'd recommend to rename it and make it
part of the project).
