In an ongoing attempt to find the root of my audio problems when using a firewire soundcard with jack/freebob, I just installed the latest stable version of jack (0.109.2), and I am now coming up with this error when using the latest autobuild of pd-extended:
error: JACK error: client linked with incompatible libjack version. Does this mean that I have to use the jack that comes packaged in Debian/ubuntu, the 6-month old 0.102 version? If so, that is a bummer, since svn Ardour requires a version of jack newer than that.. regards, Rich
