Hello, I have been playing with pd for 2 days on ubuntu-studio, and some things are not clear in my mind: To install the pd-extended package, ubuntu-studio's pd needed to be removed. The same is happening when I try to install net-pd - what is the difference between netpd, pd-extended, and ubuntu-studio's pd? - why do we have to deal with several pd software?
I need pmpd, gem, networking several pcs to communicate midi notes and controllers, etc, so any hint to quick start? Thanks Batchass
