If you're on Linux I guess you may be interested in the [readmind] object part of the 'telepathy' package. It's left inlet takes values from [hid] connected to a USB mind-reader (you can get one on ebay for only $20)


for the non-capitalists aamong us, you can also use desiredata.
at least in older versions it had the "do-what-i-want" (or similar) cmd-line-flag (or was it a menu-item?) i never considered upgrading after that, so i don't know whether it's still there
