Nothing wrong with the menubar besides the stray Apple menu here on
10.6.1.
(though I saw some trouble instantiating comments in patches).

Cool, thanks. I was testing the new Tk/Cocoa framework that is
included with 10.6/Snow Leopard. It seems to have a bug when built on
10.5...
