this cam look nice.
but i'd like to have more information about the way to use it with ubuntu.
did he record the video, or did he use it in real time?
with pd?

Some models go up to 200fps and still fulfill your resolution requirements, plus i know Sébastien Roy here at UdM uses them under Ubuntu. Haven't played with them myself though.
