Well, rough and ready answer to this might just be putting [del 1] between one
of them and the noteout, you're unlikely to notice the millisecond difference.
Or, even better, [del 0.5].... [del 0.01]?

- only one of the two notes (Linux Debian 5/Ubuntu 9.10)
- two notes simultaneasly (Windows XP)
i suspect it is something on the midi settings of alsa or something.
