Ok, this kicked my butt a little bit, but I got it working. Now, the Window menu shows all windows, whether they are from a parent or child window, or a supatch. Even better, it shows them in tree-ish way so you can see how they are related. The child windows are intended and inserted after their parents. GIve it a try and let me know if it works for you.
