i think the artifacts (audible at higher frequencys) resulting
from the phasor going from 0 to 2051. after changing this to 2048 the
sound of both oscillators is similar. i think the 3 extra points in the
wavetable are just for tabread4 interpolation, and should not be
read (directly).
