Ok, so "Standard Improved BSD," or "SIBSD" seems to be the answer to my 
question.

The core of Pd from MIller is BSD.  He distributes it with some GPLv2 stuff in 
it.  Pd-extended includes BSD, GPLv2 and GPLv3 code, so its GPLv3 as a whole 
pacakge.
