I just refixed the connection deletion problem (becauser the previous fix
caused occasional crashes) and now it seems to be alright (according to
both gdb and valgrind).
I can't reproduce your problem. I have [#see] connected to [display], both
in a GOP, and they correctly show the mouseover position (and clicks and
drags) when the GOP starts closed. I tried it with both subpatches and
abstractions.
