that sounds fine, but I really don't have the time for it. and being the flux of people very inconstant (from 1 to 15, being the 2 organisers almost only the fixed people), and almost all of them being beginners, to feel in the state of perpetually giving pd classes and not receiving much in return (very exaggerated description) doesn't motivate me very much.

Suggestion: decide the agenda for the next meeting at the meetings themselves, and have people volunteer to present things. Maybe too North American or Northern European a style? ;-)

Nobody says you should volunteer yourself, but also I think people come when they have an idea of the program and whether it is interesting for them or not. No theme at all could in fact equal no interest at all. And if no one volunteers, perhaps "curate" something...
