Here's my build of pd-extended 0.42-5 for Ubuntu Maverick amd64.

The only extra library not included is pidip.
The rsync/script method should work. I'm in the process of setting up
a Maverick/i386 box, so I guess we'll find out soon what all breaks.
Can you post the build errors?

Build failed already at bonk~.
Is pd (not pd-extended) not updated in this source?
What is different about this source?
