Since this really is a Fink question, its probably best to ask it on the Fink forums. I generally just keep on running "fink selfupdate; fink -y update-all" a lot until everything builds. It also helps to try to build one package at a time, but you get a troublesome one, i.e. fink install tetex-base.

Hi all,

Running OSx 10.5 and loading the packages as instructed on http://puredata.info/docs/developer/MacOSXFink , I get failures for tetex-base, which also wipes out jaetex, dacbook- utils, and doxygen.

fmutil throws an error saying not all formats have been built. But the log files just give number of
fonts created for different languages, no error message there.

Is this a compiler flag issue? (It is running the default gcc-4.0.1)

Any advice?

Cheers,
