I say 'aka' because unfortunately its not that simple.  I believe that Apple 
labeled JPEG in .mov as "Motion JPEG" for a while, and it was just a JPEG 
codec.  But it was not MJPEG.  So the whole naming is messed up.

In any case, JPEG is the one that most people want.
