Additionally ALT + [key] shortcuts to open the menus (e.g. ALT + F for

I think it is very clear, anyway, for instance; first I click on
'File', then go down in the 'File' menu with down key or go rigth to
'Edit' or 'Put' menu with right arrow key etc.
