i want to compile libpd on windows using mingw. i have no experience
with windows - mingw. what i would like to have is "libpd.dll" that i
can link (-lpd) in C, C++ and even C#.
dan wilcox helped me, but i am afraid i don't quite understand how to
proceed with this information:

You will need a pthreads lib on Win, and can try pthreads-win32 although
it's getting old. You will also need the following C flags:
-DHAVE_UNISTD_H -DUSEAPI_DUMMY -DPD
