Hi Tyler,
     I used my search plugin to search for objects tagged with the "user_input" 
keyword and found:

cyclone/MouseState  
report mouse x/y/deltax/y and buttonpress 
Keywords: control max_compatible user_input

Since it gives you delta x/y I think it will solve your problem.
