Hi With the recent talk about comport I have tried to use it to control a BenQ MX660P Projector and I am having no response from the machine.
RS-232 protocol Baud Rate 115200 bps (default) Changeable(2400/4800/9600/14400/19200/38400/57600/115200) Setting in OSD menu Data Length 8 bit Parity Check None Stop Bit 1 bit The command to turn it on is: <CR>*pow=on#<CR> But I am getting no response from the machine. I am using the ascii list of bites to send the message, maybe this is incorrect? Perhaps someone may shed some light upon this for me?
