Sure I just replace the lib:
sudo rm /Applications/Pd-extended.app/Contents/lib/libmp3lame.0.dylib
sudo cp /sw/lib/libmp3lame.0.0.0.dylib
/Applications/Pd-extended.app/Contents/lib/
sudo ln -s
/Applications/Pd-extended.app/Contents/lib/libmp3lame.0.0.0.dylib
/Applications/Pd-extended.app/Contents/lib/libmp3lame.0.dylib
