I think I've tested all methods described by Cyrille for a project (https://gitorious.org/pd-gem-ui/pd-gem-ui). The last one with [GEMglVertex2f] and iteration in a table seems to be the most efficient. So I made an oscilloscope in Gem according to what Cyrille and Nicolas said in attachments, it could help too.
