Hi list, How about a "scratch patch" in the main Pd window? Between the console text in the Pd window, and below the frame with "DSP" toggle, I could put a canvas and associate a keyboard shortcut to toggle its display.
It would cure a long standing problem, which is the patch window getting in the way of the Pd console output, esp. for [print]. Also it would offer a simpler interface in a single window for the newcomer. -Jonathan
