Hi, I would like to ask about the compiling. I belived I compiled the code. No warning came up while doing it. I took out the -m32 with the # symbol, like here.

# ----------------------- LINUX i386 and ia64 -----------------------

l_i386: $(NAME).l_i386
l_ia64: $(NAME).l_ia64

.SUFFIXES: .l_i386 .l_ia64 .l_arm

LINUXCFLAGS = -DPD -O2 -funroll-loops -fomit-frame-pointer \
    -fno-strict-aliasing -Wall -W -Wshadow -Wstrict-prototypes \
    -Wno-unused -Wno-parentheses -Wno-switch $(CFLAGS)

UNIXINCLUDE =  -I../pd/src -I../../pd/src -I../../../pd/src \
    -I../../../../pd/src -I../../../../../pd/src
LINUXINCLUDE =  $(UNIXINCLUDE)

#tek ut allan i386

#.c.l_i386:
#    $(CC) $(LINUXCFLAGS) $(LINUXINCLUDE) -m32 -o $*.o -c $*.c
#    $(CC) -m32 -shared -o $*.l_i386 $*.o -lc -lm
#    strip --strip-unneeded $*.l_i386
#    rm -f $*.o

----------------------------------

Then when I run the help file I get this error code.

/home/pi/pure/pi-externs/gpio/gpio.l_i386: /home/pi/pure/pi-externs/gpio/gpio.l_i386: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
 gpio 17
... couldn't create

Where is the fault?

Best

    Hello. I found this thread and I am trying to compile the on the
    raspberry pi. I think I managed to but I was wondering where the
    gpio-help.pd files mentioned exist .
