True, just tried twice, once I got the : 'cannot activate client' in pd's
console, and the other not.
well I dunno what's going on..
maybe rebuild pd just for a try? (and check that it says "Jack YES"
after `configure --enable-jack`)
it works flawlessly for me with jackdmp-1.9.9.5 and pd-0.45.0
