hmm, pd-iemlib was added rather recently to Debian (2014-01-07). Probably ubuntustudio just hasn't been aware of this addition and have forgotten to add them to the packages installed per default? > , i have that drive disconnected currently but will uninstall and > reinstall to check. I looked in the ext/iemlib folder and did not > see the missing patches. you mean: $ dpkg -L pd-iemlib | grep iem_cot4~ $ this is because - - the [iem_cot4~] object is contained in "iemlib1.pd_linux" AND - - because there is no help-patch for iem_cot4~ (which is a bug in iemlib, not in the debian package) > > pd-0-46.0 is working great by the way with ALSA and with Jack on > AMD and INTEL 64 bit machines. seems smoother ! cool. fgasdmr IOhannes -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1 iQIcBAEBCAAGBQJUFpitAAoJELZQGcR/ejb4EhQP/jiKds9Zb1OkswXWoys/gy1s eKU9kS4baS0cI7qYI1AwdqY2QbaYYBWlAgde8hxifxI5jgVnsYnnFVit5dDl6WEx sWLK/0iQZU74ImEqbk2mfgVAYeXb5S8E3dEEE2g+9Go/pes/yqGRnsFQRY1kLPRI WTENgM/TKw3Sdp23owLC8gapH4Vo3Zj5FMZhW6EM1r0ZKDviDTNDMFWAkgMkzrxL T6dRrzJLspTutB8trEkDBNv0LQmDix4UKOTtLzYU6LN8+H8xfdYwQATJss1V7NzP bU6IlytMDP+CRf2uINaUUTQk4ZpFYgtGCVP6DsXW/hyqVQNU7bjoPGZOBr3cIPiV kFqhAO9ZNGjjmFOxUwBz7l61jMlquCrU8TOTmIWvQotcE0ikzwpdWrdyLNOF+VFz /r/72YMlCRI3/kLRC4nmD8m8KsXhJjOIBSbll/f4eoLt3y5tG1dbYN3gGu54qC5l gWlZREQ5y4P9l0CV/avpj38uTZY94vsyfIik7hqvPqKeH7VPBBlk2JXHg8tTnx2k VJlM/+WdhymoOSsyFV8bcVEPBq8KbOBOd1j199AcWLk4K+rK806EAhCbyvyj8jWO pb5ZWkgrUgDtTOo7rmgCfVH5JWI8lfGcosRAwTwCQCkaxzy/8wizjF7h0HhvfjQZ L5O5v9hQ9qPfuKRjjBpn =lzkz -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ [email protected] mailing list UNSUBSCRIBE and account-management -> http://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-list
