If the file is compressed with a constant bitrate, it's easy to
calculate the play duration. Not so easy with variable bitrate, though
some programs still seem to do it correctly. mplayer does it wrong, mpv
does it correct, for instancce. I don't know how the "intelligent" ones
do it.
