Today I succedeed in compiling abl_link~ for windows.
Documentation will come later.
I couldn't use makefile, I created a code:blocks project with VC++2015
standalone compiler, with some changes into files.

Sync tested with puredata metronome patch and ninjaJamm android app,
seems to work.
