I have a small pocket full of ideas to try with GPS data and audio [1],
but I've put them on hold because it's such a hassle that the precision
gets lost in Pd (until there is a double-precision build for mobiles).
(How) did you get around this limitation or are you using speed as a
variable from the system instead of the position?

SpeedPitch is a simple augmented sonic reality experiment that alters
music playback speed based on your actual GPS ground speed. The
faster you go, the higher the pitch and sudden stops lead to dragging
audio samples. Natural motion leads to unnatural sound.
