It's basically another bug in Tk on macOS using the Cocoa backend. Other 
applications have no problem handling Shift+Command+H, however Tk's keyboard 
handling simply listens to key events and doesn't catch/override the NSWindow's 
default key bindings so the Command+H gets caught by the window and hides it.

Annoying, but I didn't want to wade into fixing Tk at the time in order to 
achieve cross-platform consistency.
