Hey Kosmas, Martin Hermant, Ángel Faraldo and myself were the original authors of EssentiaRT.
Unfortunately EssentiaRT is no longer being maintained, but it should be quite possible to compile on Linux (easier probably than Mac or Windows in fact). Some instructions are provided in the Readme https://github.com/GiantSteps/essentiaRT You will need to first compile essentia statically for Linux probably using the "lightweight" method described here: https://github.com/MTG/essentia/blob/master/FAQ.md#building-lightweight-essentia-with-reduced-dependencies You will need to get familiar with and compile flext for Pd, as that's the framework we use build C++ externals https://github.com/grrrr/flext/blob/master/build.txt Once you have essentia and flext built then you can try to compile EssentiaRT Good luck!
