I mentioned in an other topic on this list that from the terminal with the command pd it did not open with an error like this" /usr/local/tcl//pd-gui.tcl that TCL could not find no such directory, as it pointed into a wrong path with a double slash after /tcl
however from the desktop clicking on the icon could open it without any problem. the command 'puredata' in terminal caused the above mentioned missing last letters/numbers in each message, object or symbol etc On Wed, Jun 19, 2019 at 4:05 PM IOhannes m zmoelnig <[email protected]> wrote: > On 19.06.19 15:29, Csaba Láng wrote: > > no, did not play with the install target, and yes each was installed in > the > > mentioned folders. > > and how did you launch Pd? > - using the desktop-menu? > - running "pd" from the terminal? > - running "pd-gui" from the terminal? > - ...? > > fgmasdr > IOhannes > > _______________________________________________ > [email protected] mailing list > UNSUBSCRIBE and account-management -> > https://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-list >
