These are older projects with build systems never tested on Windows 64. Classes sliceplay~ and slicerec~ are distributed in the context of project Slice//Jockey. As it happens I'm currently working on an update of this project and expect to release it in one or two weeks, including new build system and binaries for 'all' platforms. About soundtouch~ on the other hand, not sure if it will be easy to make it build for 'all' platforms.
