[PD] current versions and resources only

Alrighty, let me ask where are the most current and recommended release 
versions? Links, please. Let's uninstall all the potentially ancient 
versions are, and start from scratch.

I am a Windows 64-bit guy, so Linux and source code files are useless to me.
