you provide very little context... however:there's a well known issue exposed in the help-patch of [pix_video]: whenever you (successfully) open a video device, it will attempt to change the number of the radiobuttons in the [pd properties] subpatch.
due to a bug in Pd's radiobutton, this gives a Tcl/Tk error iff the canvas is not currently open.
the solution is simply to not modify and radiobuttons while there canvases are not opened.
