Maybe the problem isn't the switch from Windows 10 to 11, but rather the plugin is not loaded on the other box?
Set Log-Level in the Pd window to "3 debug". You should see a message like: Loading plugin: /home/roman/Pd/externals/mypdwindow-plugin.tcl If this is not shown, then make sure that paths are configured correctly in "Preferences" -> "Path".
