No don't do that. you'll get a 0.53.2 Pd (ie, you wont get all the new
multichannel stuff). As Christof said all the code it's on pd.dll.
You should consult your AVAST settings to try to un-quarantine pd.dll.
or use my previous suggestion on GDB-Pd[*] app and new-installer-tool.
