No. Debian provides puredata (due to the work of IOhannes!) for the
following architectures:

  * amd64
  * arm64
  * armel
  * armhf 
  * i386
  * mips64el
  * mipsel
  * ppc64el
  * s390x

I don't know by heart which are 64 bit and which are not. i386 and
armhf are certainly only 32 bit.

Double precision Pd is not yet in any stable release, but is available
