This is a fork of Nicolas' server that runs in Pd vanilla. I think that was the reason for forking but I don't remember clearly. <https://github.com/chr15m/pd-ws> I haven't tested it for a long time so hopefully it still works. One thing I was thinking is Server Sent Events may be better suited as there is no requirement for cryptographic hashes.
