hmm. on rereading, I'm not sure whether I understand the problem. the iem-ci (maintained by yours truly) has been producing DMGs for some time, but this is targeting amd64+arm64, that is: "newer" systems. afaict, you are interested in legacy builds for "older" macOS instead (I can never keep track of all those versions, let alone codenames).
