Just one note for Linux users: I've discovered that loading plugin
modules with RTLD_DEEPBIND is responsible for some obscure crashes in
the C++ standard library. Therefore I've removed this flag by default.
As a consequence, you can't use libpd-based VST plugins (Camomile,
pureVST, PlugData, etc.) anymore inside Pd because they would pick up
the wrong API functions. If you really need this, you can build
[vstplugin~] from source and configure it with -DUSE_RTLD_DEEPBIND=ON.
(I think the reason why I enabled RTLD_DEEPBIND in the first place was
that Miller wanted to test his Camomile plugins in Pd :)
