I've got a big complicated patch that reproduces the problem everytime I
hit 'save'. I think it's not dangerous so I changed the message to be
less scary. I think what happens is that an abstraction contains
instances of a data structure that is defined in the abstraction but not
in the containing patch. Saving the containing patch triggers the warning.
