[PDCurses] New URL

With the continued outages at SourceForge, I've finally gone and
registered http://pdcurses.org/ . Currently, it points to
http://wmcbrine.com/pdcurses/ , which is basically the same as
pdcurses.sf.net (when that's up), but with slightly less sf.net in it.
