Lou, perhaps you've already received a response, but in case you haven't: You need to use the Batch Processing feature. 1. Be sure all the files you want to change are in the same folder 2. Open the first document in the set 3. Go to FILE>BATCH PROCESSING>EDIT BATCH SEQUENCE 4. Click EDIT SEQUENCE 5. Click SELECT COMMANDS 6. On the right side of the dialog box you should have EMBED ALL THUMBNAILS and SET OPEN OPTIONS. Choose them from the left side of the screen if necessary. 7. Double-click on SET OPEN OPTIONS 8. In the Dialog box select the option you want for magnification and any other options. 9. Click OK and click OK again to get back to the BATCH EDIT SEQUENCE Dialog Box. 10. Find #2 "Run Commands On" Change setting to "Selected Folder" click CHOOSE and browse to the folder containing your PDFs. Click OK. 11. Find #3 "Select Output Location" and change the setting to "Same Folder as Original". 12. Click Ok then click RUN SEQUENCE. All the files should now open with the specified settings.
